J- Rez has gained much recognition and respect from the communities he serves. 
 Influenced by lyrics that leave an imprint on the soul, J-Rez became inspired to put pen to paper at a young age as a way to express his world and the world around him. The once timid, soft- spoken youth combined this ability with music and has matured into a full-blown musical powerhouse with an explosive stage presence – and belief that everyone has a unique gift to offer. 
 J-Rez, is Ojibwe & Mohawk and a member of the Chippewa’s of Georgina Island First Nation in Ontario.
